Do I Need to Wash My Hair Before My Appointment?
​
(a) All of our services include a personal wash and dry at no extra charge. During this wash and dry, I will shampoo, condition, and blow dry your crown so that you get a long-lasting hair style.
(b) If you opt out of this treatment, please make sure your hair is fully washed, free of oils/ other hair products, and braided into four big braids. If your hair is not to standard, you will be charged an extra fee for wash and dry or your appointment will be rescheduled or cancelled.

Do I Need to Bring My Own Hair to My Appointment?

The prices of our services come with hair included. Select hair colors will be priced differently. Sew-ins and half stitch/ sew-ins are excluded. Please bring your own bundles for these styles.

Is the Deposit an Extra Fee?
​
All clients must deposit $25 to secure their appointment. This is not a separate charge and will be deducted from the total price of your service. We want to provide the best service for all our clients and this helps us do just that. This is a non-refundable deposit. Restriction may apply.
How Do I Reschedule My Appointment?

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please call (352)-792-0563. We ask that you give us a 24hr notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. We care about our clients equally and desire to give each client a fair opportunity to book the time that works best for them.

What Happens If I Come Late?
​
Please call (352)-792-0563 to reschedule if you will be more than 15 minutes late. Being more than 15 minutes late may result in cancellation of your appointment.

What Should I Do If I Do Not Feel Well?
​
Health has always been important and has become even more important with the onset of Covid-19. If you are showing signs of informality, please reschedule or cancel your appointment.

Can I Bring Extra Guest?
​
Each appointment is scheduled for one (1) client. Please do not bring any extra guest if you do not have to.
