BOOKING POLICIES

Wash & Dry

All services include wash and dry. If you wish to wash your own hair, please wash and place your hair into four big braids.

Hair

The prices of our services come with hair included. Stitch-ins & Half stitch/ sew-ins are excluded.

Grace Period

There is a 15 minute grace period for each appointment. Please call to reschedule a late fee of $50 will be accessed.

Reschedule/ Cancel

We ask that you give us a 48 hour cancellation notice. Cancellation outside of this time frame may not be refunded.

Deposit

All client must deposit $25 or more to secure their appointment. This deposit is non-refundable. Restriction may apply.

Wellness

We strive to keep an healthy environement for all of our clients. Please reschedule if you are showing signs of informality.

Guests

Each appointment is scheduled for one (1) guest. Please do not bring any uninvited guests.
